“Jan niche concept” is one of the largest chains of niche perfumery and cosmetics stores, which was founded in 1990 in Odesa and officially represents more than 60 brands in Ukraine. Since 2002, the company has been developing the niche concept direction, the chain is expanding and updating the portfolio with exclusive niche brands in Ukraine. Now these are stores in six cities: Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Mykolaiv, Lviv and Kharkiv. Each of them has its own “face” – assortment, interior, professional work of consultants. BY TERRY – a French brand dedicated to beauty – was born in 1998 thanks to the desire and special vision of makeup artist Terry de Ginsburg. When establishing the brand, Terri wanted to give all women suitable and unique solutions for their natural beauty, to simplify and improve their self-care.
Terry creates new methods, successfully combining ease of use, careful design and production, and a variety of options for all women.

The David Jourquin brand is officially represented in Ukraine by “Jan niche concept”.
If usually people need air, water, food, sleep, then David Jourquin feels the vital need to flavor his world, making it his own native world, in which he draws inspiration and creates.
According to the formula of its own olfactory biography, the aromas were reborn from the intoxicating notes of patchouli, personal experiences are conveyed by the echo of leather and tangerine in the tobacco leaf, and then a flight over a lavender field and a sensual musk bend. Elegant, extraordinary, balanced, with a slight flair of temerity.
MDCI Parfums
The “Jan niche concept” company officially represents the MDCI Parfums brand in Ukraine. At the back of the MDCI Parfums brand is a small team led by Claude Marchale, full of passion for perfumery, inspired by the idea that perfumery should be something more than an industry and a commodity. It should be art, a source of beauty and pleasure.
The Renaissance is a wonderful period, a time of radical changes in the history of Western European civilization. Imprints of time – old buildings, sculptures, fountains, gardens – became a guide for the inspiration of perfumers, the wreath of their art was MDCI Parfums.
Porcelain or plastic lids are made according to Claude’s sketches, and silk tassels with natural pearls are the result of handwork. The team has been working on the release of each perfume for several years and produces a total of a thousand bottles.
Puredistance
The Puredistance brand is officially represented by Jean niche concept in Ukraine. The Puredistance brand was founded in 2002 by Jan Ewoud Vos in the Netherlands. His dream was to create a small perfume house that would offer a unique timeless beauty. And the dream came true – the first perfume appeared in 2007. The brand became famous thanks to the trust of customers and their high evaluation. The best perfumers work with Jan on the creation of Puredistance fragrances: Annie Buzantian, Antoine Lee, Roja Dove, Cécile Zarokian…
Puredistance offers aromas only in the concentration of pure perfume extrait with a high concentration of perfume oil. No restrictions for perfumers, attention to detail, hand assembly, Swarovski crystal bottles-columns decorated with steel, gold and genuine leather. All fragrances are limited edition and Jan personally signs each of them!
